With more than 40 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction, he has led projects for government facilities, military installations, water and wastewater plants, educational campuses, and industrial facilities throughout Texas and surrounding states.
His expertise includes electrical design, project management, quality control, procurement coordination, and contract administration. James is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in Texas and holds Master Electrician licenses in Texas and Arkansas.

James C. Lilly has been with Electrique Corporation since 1996, serving in roles involving field engineering, project management, estimating, scheduling, and electrical system design.
His experience includes design-assist services, electrical construction coordination, quality control, and code compliance for industrial, municipal, and infrastructure projects throughout the Texarkana region and surrounding states. James also supports estimating software development and project engineering operations for the company.
James holds an Arkansas Professional Engineer License, a Texas Master Electrician License, and multiple OSHA and construction safety certifications.

Stacy Surratt has worked in industrial electrical construction for more than 40 years and has served as Project Superintendent for Electrique Corporation since 1987.
His experience includes military facilities, transportation infrastructure, educational campuses, and water and wastewater treatment plants across Texas and surrounding states.
Stacy specializes in low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems, underground ductbanks, airfield lighting, emergency systems, and industrial controls. He holds a Texas Master Electrician License along with OSHA safety and competent person certifications.
